Thank you for considering me. I would be honored to officiate your wedding.
I'm proud to say that I'm a WeddingWire Couples' Choice Award winner for 2016, 2017, and now 2018 and have married over 100 happy couples. I enjoy officiating weddings. It's gratifying to be even a little part of a couple beginning a new life together.
I'm also a comedian but I'm not a buffoon. I was originally ordained to officiate the wedding of a couple who liked my act and since then I've officiated weddings in ten states. I've figured out how to do just the right touch of tasteful humor--or none if you prefer--on such a romantic and memorable day. I never forget that it’s your wedding and not my show so we can include virtually anything you'd like in your ceremony. My only goal is that you’re absolutely thrilled with your unique ceremony and wedding day.
The ceremony I generally suggest is a blend of aspects of a classic wedding, a section that tells your story--every couple has its own story, some elements that I've researched and written myself, and any custom pieces you would like to include in your ceremony. By now, I've written ceremonies that celebrate so many backgrounds and traditions and have included the Breaking the Glass ceremony, Celtic Hand Fasting, Jumping the Broomstick, Varmala Garland Exchanges, Bangladeshi poetry, Albanian prose, Korean themes, Catholic Nuptial Vows, monologues from TV shows and movies, selections from classic literature, Memorial Ceremonies, Unity Candles, Sand Ceremonies, Rose Ceremonies, Dove Releases, Chinese Lanterns, etc. Of course, I'd have to speak with you two kids to get an idea how we'd customize your wedding.
As a comedian: Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Comedy Network, Sirius/XM Radio, overseas shows for the U.S. Army, and The National Lampoon Radio Network
